General booking terms

• Only participants will be allowed access during class, no observers.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to join our classes.

• We ask that students follow the lesson plan prepared by the instructor.
• We also ask that if you would like to attempt something outwith our studio syllabus, you raise it with the instructor so that they can advise.
• It is imperative that participants follow the guidance set out by the class instructor and do not attempt a move another student is working on.
• As per our insurance, students may not teach each other.
• If the instructor deems a participant’s behaviour to be having a detrimental impact on the class, the participant will be asked to leave and will not be offered a refund or substitution.
I understand that pole activities carry inherent risks, and I choose to participate voluntarily and at my own risk.
I acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken by students and instructors during classes and may be shared on social media platforms. I assume responsibility for notifying the studio/ other students if I do not consent to appearing in, or being incidentally included in, such recordings.
I understand that failure to adhere to the above terms and conditions will result in the termination of my booking and I will not receive a refund.
